Module Ten

Wow! My last module and i've completed the Web 2.0 course finally! I really can't wait to go back through the modules ans revise them. It will br great over the holidays when i'll have a little more time to explore. Also you can revisit things and try again which will help to remember how to use the tools. I got onto the wiki and posted my reflection. It was also reassuring and interesting to read others people's viewand ideas about the course and ICT in general Also they had great ideas! We can learn so much from other people. This course was a great eye opener and just the beginning of what the future holds. We can influence our students so much!!

Module Two

this session was very exciting as we actually created our own blog! i can't wait to be able to access this and use it efficiently! You need a lot of time to explore but it can b euseful in so many ways! it's great as you ca nshare ideas with one another and comment on them as well. i can see the future where the students cn all comment on each other's blogs and it can also be used like the 'my classes'. I really want to introduce my own children to this! i think they will be impressed!

Module Three

In this module we looked at Google Docs. At first we couldn't access this session because the school filter wouldn't allow us to access the site. However the second time we tried we got though. Google Docs is grreat because you can access documents anytime, unless the school's filter doesn't allow you! we can also use this with the older grades, unfortunately Kindy is a litlle too young! the teacher can edit work that the teacher has sent and so much more!!i am definately going to use it for my personal use for now and then be ready to use it for students in the future. Hopefully by that stage i will be much more confident too!!

Module Seven

In this module we had a look at Delicious. We have already been introduced to this site earlier in the year. It is an excellent site. Its a great tool to store and organise the websites you find. You can also connect with other people and then you can get even more websites, which is fantastic as it can save you so much time. That way you get to look at great value sites and you don't have to waste time looking for them. it's also good as you can store your websites for later use.
It was also very interesting to read other people's blogs and comment on them. It's good to know that people look at your site and comment on them. it also makes you try to stay up to date!! HA it's also good to look at what others are doing and see how good they are!
